This church was found by Reverend Isaac Owen in 1850. It was first at the pioneer cemetery. It burnt down in the 1856 and 1863 fires. The building you see today was built in 1862. Fun fact on this church. Santa visits children here at Christmas. This church was in the hallmark movie "The Christmas Card".
